NASA Glenn Research Center’s ACAST/SBT Workshop provided an overview of NASA’s Airspace Systems Program (ASP) plans and activities and in particular focused on the ASP’s Space-Based Technologies (SBT) Project.
SBT concentrated on research and technology development of key element communications/navigation/surveillance technologies for the future national and global airspace to enable increased aviation mobility and capacity.
The workshop presented recent accomplishments and results from SBT, followed by several focused workshop sessions intended to elicit aviation community input and feedback.
No Workshops were held in 2006 or after.
