Overview

NASA Glenn Research Center's 2005 ACAST/SBT Workshop provided an overview of NASA's Airspace Systems Program (ASP) plans and activities and in particular focus on ASP's Space-Based Technologies (SBT) Project. SBT concentrates on research and technology development of key element communications/navigation/surveillance technologies for the future national and global airspace to enable increased aviation mobility and capacity.

The workshop presented recent accomplishments and results from SBT, followed by several focused workshop sessions intended to elicit aviation community input and feedback.
